- Butler – propriety, management, planning
- Chauffeur – driving, repairs, punctuality
- Cook – food, drink, flame
- Housekeeper – cleanliness, overseeing, furniture
- Maid – wardrobe, secrecy, service
- Valet – tailoring, accessories, gossip
Backgrounds
Not even the Clauses come from Claus Manor. Decide what you did in your life before attending to the family, and gain the skills associated with that background.

How long have you worked for the Clauses? You’ll start with some benefits and a heap of Holiday Spirit based on your selection.
- First day – 1 Holiday Spirit
- A few months – 2 Holiday Spirit, 1 Duck
- A little over a year – 3 Holiday Spirit, 2 Ducks
- A few years – 4 Holiday Spirit, 2 Ducks, Skilled with 1 Family Member
- As long as anyone can remember – 5 Holiday Spirit, 2 Ducks, Skilled with 2 Family Members
A glimpse into the future: Holiday Spirit works against your goal of keeping your job. When a character reaches 6 Holiday Spirit, they’re removed from the game. So, more senior characters will need to work cunningly to stay employed.
